Heavy Thinker Shiraz (PF)

Bright fluorescent purple in colour with a striking vibrancy in the glass. Lifted aromas of ripe plum, dark cherry and juicy red berries are layered with subtle hints of quince and raspberry cream. The palate bursts with vibrant fruit intensity, showing plush raspberry and plum flavours balanced by a smooth, creamy texture and a lively finish.

Ribtickler Shiraz

This Single Vineyard Shiraz comes from the Rogasch's hill block in the sub-district of Tanunda, right in the heart of the Barossa. The colour is deep, with a black core and a vibrant purple hue. It has aromas of liquorice, anise and vibrant blue fruit with a hint of choc-mint. The palate is classic Barossa Shiraz, with a rich fruit core and soft blue-fruited finish. Structured and balanced, it has the potential to develop further complexity over 7 to 10 years in the cellar.

Caveman Carignan

Caveman Carignan is our take on this classic Spanish variety, sourced from the Barossa Valley and crafted using whole bunch fermentation. Deep crimson in colour, it showcases the character and structure of Carignan while embracing a minimal intervention approach.
