Spliced Riesling

This is our lime citrus, lemon and thyme Eden Valley Riesling. Clean and clear with a bright pale-yellow hue. Zingy and zesty acid that goes off like a firecracker. Hints of Frangipani, head to the freezer and grab me a SPLICE type feels.

Whole Lotta Rosé

Our Whole Lotta Rosé brings delicate aromatics of Turkish delight, rose petal and guava, with a bone-dry palate that’s crisp and textural. Expect mouth-watering minerality, zippy acidity, and notes of Granny Smith apple, pomegranate and a whisper of fairy floss. Perfect with a beetroot, walnut and rocket salad or tamed wild-caught rainbow trout.

Ribtickler Shiraz

This Single Vineyard Shiraz comes from the Rogasch's hill block in the sub-district of Tanunda, right in the heart of the Barossa. The colour is deep, with a black core and a vibrant purple hue. It has aromas of liquorice, anise and vibrant blue fruit with a hint of choc-mint. The palate is classic Barossa Shiraz, with a rich, dense core and a soft, blue fruited finish. Enjoy now or keep it in your cellar for 7-10 years if you wish!

Baby Face Field Blend No.6

With another year behind him, our babyface is starting to show a bit of attitude - now sticking his tongue out when no one's looking. This field blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Montepulciano is as straight-laced as his new look, with just a hint of mischief starting to emerge. Aromas of confectionery lead the charge, balancing playful notes of bubble gum, turkish delight, and musk lollies. Like a cheeky kid who spends more time outside the classroom than in, this wine is equally unpredictable - delicious whether chilled or at room temperature. a baby only its mother could love.

Breaker Blend

Nothing like riding a tuna in a big swell. This fresh and vibrant 2024 Grenache + Shiraz blend rides the line between playful and poised. It opens with a lifted bouquet of lavender florals, hints of candy, and Forage chocolate, leading into a burst of primary red fruits. The palate is silky and elegant, finishing with soft, moreish tannins that keep you coming back for more.
