Grenache De Blanc

Our first harvest Grenache, delicately hand picked from our baby block, fermented using traditional champagne techniques. Offering flora aromas with hints of olive brine and oyster shell, delightful viscus mouthfeel, reminiscence of a dirty gin martini.
